PLOTO Technical Manager Receives “Most-Cited” Paper Honour

We are thrilled to announce a remarkable achievement by D. Vamvatsikos, the Technical Manager of the PLOTO project from NTUA. Vamvatsikos has been awarded the prestigious “most-cited” paper for the years 2022-2023. His paper titled “Reduced-order models for the seismic assessment of plan-irregular low-rise frame buildings” has been acknowledged as one of the top-cited papers in the renowned journal “Earthquake Engineering & Structural Dynamics.”
